Yeah, basically looks like left in primer with a clear coat to give it a little sheen. It's not ugly IMO like Cacti Green, but not very exciting either.
I just ordered my 3rd C8 ('24 Z06) in Hypersonic Gray last Friday so I obviously like it.

There is a thread posted today with a video made at Carlisle of the new colors. Check it out and try and decide. My choice would be Hypersonic Gray, but your rate in color could be totally different.
Thanks so much for all of the replies to my question about the 2 gray choices in 2024. Your replies have brought new clarity to me and I really appreciate it. I will let you know my choice when I submit my build. Thanks again.
Build submitted with Sea Wolf Gray (2LT, HTC) and #250 on MM list. I'm such a fan of the new color, I'll wait out the color constraint for a few months (just a few though) to get it in my garage. Good luck on your decision OP!
Hi Kevin, what did you do to this car to make the paint pop so much? It is stunning! Thanks, Mike
Thanks Mike!
Below is my regiment used on all my vehicles for best protection and long term gloss. My Corvettes are easy to keep looking nice however my below Tacoma is driven daily and always out in the elements. The photo of it is from about 6 months after my treatment and the water still beading, finish is super glossy and still slick as glass.
One of benefits owning/operating a chain of auto parts stores over 16 years is that car care companies were always sending me samples to try for consideration for sale in my stores so I got a chance to try about every car finish product in existence and found overall Meguiar's products are VERY difficult to beat.
Sea Wolf will have it's fan base as it appeals to a younger demographic. Hypersonic has the depth and color changing aspects and was my choice coming from someone that has always loved Silver cars but wasn't in love with Silver Flare.

I agree and also love silver vehicles as you can probably tell from my other posts in this thread. I was all set to get silver flare when it came out but after seeing both at Carlisle I instantly went with HGM. My all-time favorite silver is Blade Silver and wish GM would bring that back.
I posted these in the eRay section because it was an eRay, but there were some CTF cars at the 6hr race at Watkins Glen. Two of them were Sea Wolf. Here's what it looks like in some sunlight:
Personally, I don't like this at all, far too much of a bad thing. IMO, would look much better with carbon flash highlights, (as in mirrors, spoiler and boomerangs).
