Where do you guys buy tires?
I took delivery of my C8 in Dec 2023 and have just over 3,000 miles. I haven't driven my C8 since Sunday, the weather has been pretty warm since. I started it up today and got a warning for 21psi tire pressur on my driver side rear tire. Everything else was at 30psi. I filled to 30psi. How long do you normally monitor? Is it nornal for what the car shows on the display and the myChevrolet app to be a little different? Anything else I should keep an eye out for? 21psi seems pretty low.
I inspected for anything physically wrong or protruding from the tire and listened out for a leak as well.
If it comes down to it, where would do you think you can get a good deal on a tire and trust the place to handle your car correctly?

Discount Tire (America's Tire is the same company, depending on location) is the ONLY place I'd go to. They are fantastic.

Discount Tire here too. Keep an eye on your pressure and if it keeps leaking lower bring it in for an inspection/repair.

Tire Rack. The distribution centre is just across the border in GA and the tires when in stock are delivered next day. I'll use the dealer or an inde shop for the install.

I know they discount too if you pick the tires up straight from the warehouse (nearest one to me is in Shreveport, LA unfortunately).

Discount Tire owns Tire Rack. I believe that they purchased them approximately 2 years ago (or thereabout).

I had the dealer replace the tires on my C8. Criswell, Gaithersburg. Reasonable price + no worries about wheel damage, lift damage, etc. But, from this forum, its clear that not all dealers are the same.

Discount tire.
But, you must have a leak somewhere
Try to get a small spray bottle of soapy water, and spray around the valve stem and the tire tread. Look for bubbles.
Im not sure if you are supposed to plug run flats, but it’s been done. If you’re tracking or racing, probably not a good idea.
Id hate to buy a new tire at 3000 miles

Yes... my dealer matches and mine has a superb alignment and suspension section --- been using them for more than 25 years.... (Use Discount Tire for the Ferrari)

I've a small, locally-owned store I've used for many years. They can get anything quickly and have reasonable pricing.

I caught an end of the year sale from Chevy Accessories ( 2020) .... the All Season Michelins I bought were 25% off and free shipping to the dealer of my choice. I had them shipped to Criswell, in Thurmont, MD and used my GM points to pay for the Road Force balance and installation.
Otherwise, I would have gone to Tire Rack. There is NO Discount Tire anywhere near me....
