Will the reason why your cam sucked with the stock gears is because of the lift. Stock geared 6 speeds should go no higher than .590 lift, and mid 230's duration.

in the middle of my cam install and my mechanic just tuned a 03Z with the MS4 and he nailed down 440rwhp and 403tq!

Nice numbers. After only 3 full pulls I'm hoping to squeak out a few more hp next Thursday when I go back.

I opted not do the MS4 in my car. I didnt want THAT much cam....yet wanted more than my previous car that had a 224/224 in it. I went with TSP's 233/239 on a 113. I started her up for the first time yesterday and i had a ear to ear grin on my face. Headed to the dyno Saturday....

I'm usually strongly against buying an off the shelf cam, but I found the MS4 cheap and I needed a cam that would make the old lady NOT want to drive the car anymore. She's been dying to get her a** in the drivers seat.
