^^^THAT IS BEAUTIFUL!!!
I just love the perks of centrifugal. It produces a crap ton of power with very little done, like a turbo, but with the instant torque of a supercharger. And produces less parasitic loss through heat than either one.

This is basically what my build will be in a couple years once i get used to my current power output. Should be FUN

The car looks great, that thing must really move w/that power to weight ratio. Good work brother!

Hello all,
First off I want to apologize since my car is not a Vette. However I installed a 2004 LS1 from a GTO into my RX-7 and I wanted to post the numbers I made from my modifications since this forum was a huge help in my R&D(thank you all).
Engine:
2004 LS1(LS6 intake, and block) 32,574 miles,
TSP 228R 114LSA,
Katech rod bolts,
PAC 1518 springs,
TSP 7.400 hardened push rods,
241 cast heads,
Custom 4" intake and 4" SLP MAF with resistor removed,
ported/polished TB
1 3/4'' Longtubes
2.5" dual exhaust w/ flo-monster X- pipe.
Magnaflow 14616 mufflers
Drivetrain:2002 F-body T-56
RAM lightweight aluminum flywheel
LS7 clutch
Factory Mazda Diff LSD, 4.10 ratio
Vehicle curb wieght: 2717lbs wet
Here are some pics:
Dyno Vid:
http://youtu.be/cN8ok7qEZqk
Dyno Sheet(yellow lines final pull, green was third gear preliminary pull):
Corrected sheet
Some of the car:
Hope this helps some. I am thinking of adding LS6 stg 1.0 PRC heads.
Thanks again guys!

Sweet, best of luck with it, man. Thanks for sharing.
Hey GGEENN, next time you waste our time by quoting an OP just to bash them, make sure you save us a few megabytes on the server and don't quote the post with a trillion images.
Also, do you know what I've found to be the best attribute of corvette owners? 99.9% of them are pure enthusiasts. I like cars. Fast cars. I don't care if they're import, domestic, 4 cylinder, or 12. I like shiny wheeled things. It doesn't matter to me if they've got a 6" lift with 34" tires or slammed vdub style. I just like watching the transformation from the ordinary to the extraordinary.
I think FC3S Murray has a better understanding of all of the above than you'll ever have. Which means he's got more corvette owner in him than you'll ever have. And given what's under the hood of that blue demon, I think he has more than enough of a right to be on this forum and I don't think I"m the only one who had a guy-gasm looking at his car and I'm glad he took the time to share it.
Now, if the ignorant comments are finished. Let the bad-assed-ness continue, because that's what this forum is really about -- regardless of make and model, guys that just like bad *** rides.

BTW a older gentleman two houses down from me just bought a 2010 ZR1 in Lemans Blue.........it is pure sexiness! Funny thing was just last month he was walking by with his dog and I was out tinkering in the garage with the RX7 running. He stopped and gave praise to the car then mentioned he had a special toy being deliveried in about 3 weeks that i would appreciate.
I didnt expect that. The 6.2L sounds sooooo good supercharged!

Little update:
So this July I wanted to get some more power because I was bored and wanted to tinker. Heard of AI's results and wanted to keep this head swap$cheap$.
I ended up ordering Phil's 219cc High Compression "241" head option. I wanted factory deck height and retained a 60cc chamber size. This made my compression ratio 11:1.
I used the GM MLS head gasket. ARP head bolts.
I also had to upgrade to Ford 30lb injectors which were input in HP tuners as 34.5 lbs/hr @ my 57 psi rail pressure.
I also did the comp cam trunion bearing upgrade about a year ago.
NO other changes were made to my engine
The results were: 476.6 RWHP & 430.4 RWTRQ
DYNO VID:
Dyno Sheet (in the works to get a revised copy emailed to me with matching HP and TRQ scales for better comparison reasons)
I am very pleased with the results! Phil and his shop does some amazing things with the 241 heads:usa:
Few more pics of the RX from back in March:

I know nothing about RX7s but you could put a LS1 up my ex-wife's mother's butt and I'd be interested.
Very sanitary and professional looking install. Good job! It's not my cup of tea but I can certainly appreciate and see all of your hard work.
Has it been down the 1/4? I'd be curious how quick it was.
