What did you buy from Apsis? Are you happy with their work?

^^^ Apsis pieces are excellent-I have lots of them. But, for that matter, I have not seen any Vendor with bad Carbon Fiber.

I have installed over 2 dozen complete C7 carbon interiors from Auto Dynamics West. The quality and fitment are perfect.

Now if only we could get one or more of the aftermarket suppliers to offer a CF veneer or hydrographic print for the nav and hvac head piece, it would look complete.

It looks good, but I do not know how it withstands abuse.
As in cell phone slides, soda drips, or my kid.

Watch their process video
I have their pieces on my interior. Real carbon fiber, just priced closer to hydrocarbon. Their stuff is as nice as Apsis (I own pieces from each vendor).

Most of the Carbon pieces from vendors on this forum are carbon overlays on OEM plastic. One popular vendor here claims his are all solid Carbon fiber but I don't believe them especially since his prices aren't any higher than many other vendors here and his webpage doesn't state that. One thing to keep in mind is to have LOTS of patience when ordering these parts. Many times they are out of stock and many of these parts are done in China or overseas. If you have a damaged piece be prepared to wait several months for a replacement unless you are lucky enough for them to have a replacement in stock. Most of my parts are from APR Performance and APSUS. This was a very frustrating experience for me.

I have a 2016 Z06/Z07 3LZ
The only Carbon Fiber I have in the interior is from the factory that surrounds that speedometer. Who is my best option to buy from to match it. I do not want overlays. I was thinking maybe the center console around the shifter.

The piece on your dash from the factory IS Carbon Fiber overlay. Like Steven, I purchased my center console piece from APSIS and it was a very good match to my dash carbon piece. Steven has more experience with this and he has purchased Carbon Fiber from many vendors.

I did not know that
So where is my best place to get the surround for my M7
I'll take a good matching overlay
Why would I want real if the other is not

Like most some kind of laminate. It matches really well

Here is a picture showing the console against the factory CF dash.
