Im thinking that's a C9 under that ZR1 skin. Its a little to late to be bench marking any C8 at this point from an engineering stand point.

They've had the SF90 awhile... either Z06 isn't what we think it is or this is Zora. The ring cars didn't have that vertical front eRay cooler.

Notice the dash has a full shroud over it what are they hiding under there? Looks like a new dash is indeed coming. No hockey sticks.

There is also an odd gap between the fender and headlamp pod

It's not a gap... it's black tape holding the wrap on.

I heard the GM engineers fight on who gets to drive the SF90.

Since some have the extra cooler and some don’t, I wonder if it’s just a case of the ZR1 having a twin turbo or hybrid option. Or maybe they are all TT but adding the hybrid is an option.
I think Tadges retirement right after the ZR1 reveal is pretty much a sign that the ZR1 is the top dog C8. I think he would stick around if there was another higher performance variant in the works.

I would think that shroud is covering the one piece long glass from the cluster through the infotainment.
My guess is that car is a 2026 whatever updated screen is coming for 2026. I have zero doubt now.

I'm surprised that the center grill opening is smaller and doesn't have as much cooling as the C8Z does. Saturday was 90-92* and I did a track day where my previous C6Z would see 240* water and 280* oil temps. My C8Z was 205* and 220*, with the AC running.
With less cooling than the C8Z how are they going to keep an 800HP turbo engine cool and if hybrid, all that cool as well?

Or maybe at 65 it's time for him to relax after a very long career at GM? Nah, can't be that.

ZR1 MY25
Zora MY26
C9 still a MY29? Does C9 get moved up a year?
Regarding Zora... makes sense. Nobody wants to buy the most expensive Chevy ever and then have an "all new" interior the next year.
