What product do you recommend to have shiny black tires?

I agree. The old Wesley's Bleche-wite was great for leaving a clean unadulterated finish on tires. The new Black Magic Bleche-wite works almost as well.

I like 303 Aerospace protectant.. It is NOT shiny... It leaves a natural matte finish while providing UV protection.
If you WANT the shine... there are better choices.

I have used Griot's Vinyl & Rubber Dressing for years with terrific results...soft sheen, no shine.

I clean my tires; I am not a fan of tire dressings.

Aerospace 303 works well without too much shine. I don't like the wet look on tires.
