I'm looking for a shop in the area that will:
1. know how to lift a C5 without mangling it
2. swap out my stock exhaust for a used Z06 Ti axle-back I carry in.
I'd do it but you really need a lift. Any info would be appreciated.

You really don't need a lift. Unless you're just lazy.
I installed mine myself in the dark while raining, on jack stands in the driveway, in January. The x-pipe can be tricky. But it's no big deal if you take your time.
Feel free to pm me if you want some solo install tips and save that $$$ for another mod.![Big Grin](https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin5.gif)
The Lynnhaven section of VaB are some of my childhood stomping grounds.

Putting it on a couple near maxed 12-ton jack stands (the BIG ones) provided enough clearance for me to twist the stock stuff out.
The manifolds came out from the top. The X dropped easily from the bottom. And I was able to pull the mufflers/over-axle from the rear. I still have stock NPP's, but modded the over-axle to 3" instead of 2 1/2". (I have a hydraulic tube bender at home)
It does take some doing at the rear. But it was completed, solo, without the aid of a lift.
I guess it just depends on what it's worth to you. I like futzing about with my Vette and doing as much as I can myself. Some guys just can't or don't want to do the work...no shame in that.![Big Grin](https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin5.gif)
And to be totally honest, I did have a little brother-in-law help towards the end. But the lions' share was done by myself.

FYI: if you are in the military or have access to a DoD base decal, just go to the auto hobby shop at NAS Oceana. They have 21 lifts, all the tools and it cost $3 an hour. No better deal in America...
