Well technically we never were. We were waiting to find out Friday what the verdict was on the final meeting location and eventual eating spot and vettenevodrvr chose Norco and Ribco. over Temecula and Julian Pie Co. I believe I have that correct.

We will not be going to temucela meeting spot. We will be going the 91 to the 10. Just come on up to the Hidden Valley meeting. See you at the 76.

Varmit - Just curious, are you talking about the North San Diego County roads or Joshua Tree? We're going out on the Joshua Tree / 29 Palms route.

It's dry and sunny in Chino and I'm sure in Norco. We'll see you all there (if we're invited - LOL).

Marc & Vivian - In spite of the several challenges today, we had a good time. Thanks for planning the GTG/Run and the food was very tasty. It was nice meeting some new Corvette people and seeing some familiar faces.

A special thanks to all of the friends that stayed behind and helped out. You're better than a NASCAR Pit Crew. Thanks to Byron for hanging with us. I love your ride & I love the color!!! Wanna trade?

Kris & Morgan - Thanks for helping out and I'm sorry if you guys got lost.

Keith, thanks not necessary but appreciated all the same. As for a trade . . . sorry I want to enjoy it a little longer. Just so you don't wait thinking I'm going to change my mind let me just say that I still own my '73 LandCruiser that I bought in '76. You might be in for a long wait.

It was a beautiful day, sunny, clear blue sky's and the nicest folks to hang out with.
