1. The Lightning McQueen Supervette

If there's one thing we know about the Corvette community, it's that it's filled with good-hearted folks. Perhaps none more so than Corvette Forum member ez2spd. The San Antonio, Texas resident has completely transformed his C6 over the last several years with one goal - to bring smiles to the faces of sick young children. And wearing the guise of Cars star Lightning McQueen, it does just that!

2. Building a Dream

Brian graduated high school back in 2005 with a goal of buying a, you guessed it, 2005 Corvette. He worked full-time while also attending college full-time until he saved up the money to buy one. After making countless memories in the car and meeting his wife, Brian sold the 'Vette and picked up a Z06. Amazingly enough, he came across his old '05 nearly two years later, for sale again. He bought it back from the same gentleman he sold it to and decided to turn it into his dream car.

3. One Serious C6

After selling his Z06, Brian got down to business over the next three years. He transformed the car, installing a host of parts including a Supervette ZR8X wide body kit, Forgestar wheels, custom leather seats, stage 4 clutch, coilover suspension, and a full Z06 drivetrain with a 414 ci stoker making over 600HP.

4. The Inspiration

At the time, Brian and his wife were already involved in a pair of charities - Ferrari Kid Organization, which gives kids fighting cancer rides in supercars, and De Novo Foundation, which benefits the homeless. And that involvement inspired them to take the next step - a full-on custom wrap mimicking the famous cartoon movie star.

5. Corvette With a Soul

Today, Brian's dream car doesn't just put a smile on his and his wife's faces. They regularly take it to local children's events and hospitals. The duo have taken a number of sick kids for rides in the car, helping give them a reason to smile again. As Brian himself puts it best, "seeing these kids smile makes everything worthwhile, truly putting life into perspective. This is why my wife Kelsey and I have built this very special car...a car with 'a soul' and a purpose!"
