CorvetteForum members have cornered the market on killer C8 Corvette Z06 vanity plates. Here are our 10 favorites (so far)!
Getting Clever
Vanity plates have been around for a very long time now, and yet, we still remain fairly enamored with them. In fact, more than a few CorvetteForum members have been happy to share their own personal vanity plates over the years, providing us with a little bit of entertainment at the very least, and in some cases, showing off a touch of genius. Thus, when we stumbled upon this thread filled with C8 Corvette Z06 vanity plates from members, we knew that it would be a fun exercise to go through them all and select our 10 personal favorites (in no particular order).
Starting things off, we have C8 Z0H6 courtesy of frank7354. A few of our members have C8 Z06 in their respective states as well.
Z0607HP
Other members, like CalJim, decided to do a clever play on the vehicle's specs. Here CalJim combines the Z06 moniker with the 670 horsepower output from the car's 5.5-liter LT6 V8.
NO RARI
Though it technically isn't on a Z06 - but rather, a Stingray - PuffC8's clever vanity plate is quick to note that this is no Ferrari. That might be obvious to we Corvette fans, but more than one person has confused a C8 for an Italian exotic since its launch a few years ago.
WRP SPD
Regardless, we all know the C8 Z06 is fast, and elegant chose to highlight that fact with their own vanity plate. Obviously, the track-focused machine isn't capable of actually reaching warp speed, but then again, it sure feels like it during a pedal-to-the-floor romp.
8600RPM
One thing the C8 Z06 is capable of, however, is revving to the moon, and that's something Ragtop 99 wanted to point out with their vanity plate selecting, touting the car's 8,600 rpm redline.
WSPBRUH
Then there's the vanity plate present on RapidC84B's car, which isn't anything related to the Z06 itself - rather, it's a nifty play on words, which essentially translates to "what's up, bruh."
LANDMSL
Though it - once again - isn't exactly as fast as a land missile, the C8 Z06 is certainly quick by anyone's standards, and that justifies the use of this particular term on the C8 Z06 owned by zare191.
AT MSRP
However, our favorite might just be the plate present on jayshoaf's car - poking fun at the fact that most of these newer Z06s have historically been selling with huge markups attached. At least here, that apparently wasn't the case, which is something worth bragging about.
V8INBACK
As pretty much everyone is well aware, the C8 Corvette utilizes a mid-engine design - not a rear-mounted setup - but that's something that upsguy1210 likes to exaggerate a bit with his clever "V8 in back" vanity plate.
Bonus - Honorary Mention!
While we limited our top 10 list to Corvettes, specifically, we couldn't help but include the vanity plate present on this Lexus RX owned by sandmark. sandmark doesn't quite yet own a Z06, but he's ready to go when, in about a year he hopes, he's able to put that plate on the right car. For now, though, it might be the greatest Lexus crossover vanity plate on the road right now.
